A reference to "you", "your" or "purchaser/s" means a user of this Website who may also purchase products using this Website (www.fly-kicks.com.au/). Your access to and use of all information on the Website as well as the purchase of our product/s is provided pursuant to the Terms. The Terms apply to all users of the Website and by using the Website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Whilst the Website can be viewed by the general public, all persons who purchase products from us must elect to have products sent to an Australian postal address.
Consumer Guaruntee All goods sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. *Sale for Consignment products are final and non-refundable or exchangeable.
Applying for Warranty and Product Returns To return a faulty or damaged product, please send an email to email@example.com with details on the fault or damage, and if possible, include pictures. (Exclude Consignment item/s)
Pricing Policy All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. All transactions are processed in AUD.
Payment for Orders Payment options include VISA or Mastercard via our Stripe gateway. The credit card holder must be either the billing or shipping recipient. It is at our discretion to hold any order to verify the validity of the purchaser. A drivers license or passport must be used to Verification of Order It is at our discretion to hold and/or cancel any order to verify the validity of the purchaser. If the buyer/purchaser is found to have an invalid identity a refund will be issued and the order cancelled. No order will be complete before verification is finalised. To verify your identity, an email will be sent to the customer's address listed on our server requesting for verification which must be replied with an attached photo of valid and current ID. The following forms of ID (with photo) may be requested and must match the details on the buyer/purchases account where possible.

Shipping and Delivery Policy We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Please provide a physical delivery address where someone is likely to be available to accept the delivery during business hours. Delivery to PO boxes is not available. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. We aim to ship all orders, where products are in stock, within 1-2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 1-5 business days depending on your location within Australia and are subject to the limitations of our third party carriers. All risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when we dispatch the products. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.
International orders Here at Fly Kicks we ship Worldwide using Australia Post (EMS) services.
Order Cancellation Due To Error or Unavailability Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar genuine mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the relevant transaction and offer the product to you again at the correct price and/or with the correct information. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited. Where a product is out of stock or is temporarily unavailable, we will endeavor to dispatch the product as soon as practical after we receive it from our distributors. Where a product becomes permanently unavailable, we will cancel the relevant order and where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited. We will attempt to contact you to let you know before this is to occur.
